Description
San Diego State University (SDSU) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The inventory determined a cultural affiliation between the remains and objects and various Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. The notice details multiple lots of associated funerary objects and human remains from sites in San Diego and Imperial Counties, California. Repatriation of these items may occur on or after August 31, 2026, with requests to be sent to SDSU's authorized representative.
