Description

The U.S. Department of State is publishing the names of persons who have been added to the Department of the Treasury's List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List), administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This notice includes updates to the identifying information of persons currently on the SDN List. The sanctions are imposed pursuant to Executive Orders targeting individuals and entities responsible for repression in Cuba and threats to U.S. national security and foreign policy. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these designated persons are blocked.
