The City of Rosemead is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from environmental consultants to establish an official list of qualified consultants specializing in the preparation of environmental documents in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The list will be used by the City and private development applicants to select and retain environmental consultants. Consultants must demonstrate expertise in CEQA documents such as Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, and related technical studies. The list remains open continuously and will be updated periodically.
