Description

This solicitation is for the installation of water and sewer infrastructure in Wauchula Hills Phase 7.0. The work includes installation of a twelve feet diameter submersible duplex lift station, approximately 2500 feet of 6 and 8 inch force main, 4000 feet of 8 inch gravity sewer, sanitary manholes and sewer laterals, about 8400 feet of various sized water mains, fire hydrants, water laterals, and extending water and sewer services from the property line to individual building connections including abandonment of septic tanks. The project also involves asphalt road and related restoration as necessary to complete the work per plans and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hardee County Capital Project’s Conference Room.
