The Township of West Orange intends to participate in the Sourcewell national cooperative purchasing agreement with Herc Rentals for rental equipment for the winter season of 2026/2027. The contract under Sourcewell Contract #040924-HRC is valid until June 11, 2028. Interested parties may review the cooperative purchasing agreement and submit comments in writing by August 11, 2026. The Township is a member of Sourcewell since July 2015 and is authorized to award contracts under this cooperative agreement.
