Description
The City of Salinas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to assess existing systems, workflows, organizational needs, and future objectives. The goal is to provide recommendations on whether a standalone Permitting and Licensing System or an ERP solution best aligns with the City's operational and strategic goals. The assessment includes input from all City departments and considers the current legacy system and its integrations. The consultant will also support the development and management of an RFP process for a new system, with optional implementation support as a Phase II service.
