The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking qualified contractors with a current, active Florida General Contractor license to renovate and restore an existing dwelling unit at the recently acquired Pablo Creek Conservation Area property. The work includes obtaining permits, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, inspections, site restoration, and cleanup. All work must be substantially completed and accepted by the District no later than September 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2026, and the bid submission deadline is August 11, 2026.
