The U.S. Army at Pine Bluff Arsenal is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation services for its security and fire detection systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal - OEMs Highlighted: - DAQ Electronics (Starwatch ICIDS, RADC-5 panel, wireless receiver, wireless duress buttons) - Vendors/Certifications Required: - Contractor must be a DAQ Starwatch ICIDS certified provider - Must have a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff - Products/Services Requested: - Full-time DAQ Starwatch ICIDS certified personnel for administration, maintenance, and repair of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Electronic Entry Control Systems (EECS) - Installation of a new DAQ IDS system, including: - One RADC-5 panel - One wireless receiver - Three wireless duress buttons - Associated cabling and programming - Preventive maintenance and repair services for IDS, EECS, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Fire Detection Systems (FDS) - 24/7 maintenance and repair support, including both normal and after-hours service - Parts supply, software updates, and database maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide continuous availability of certified technicians - Ready storage of spare parts on-site - Experience with Starwatch ICIDS-V software required - Firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years - Preventive maintenance inspections required twice in the first 60 days, then every six months, plus annual system evaluations - Rapid response times for service calls

Description

This procurement is for providing maintenance and repair of the Pine Bluff Arsenal’s Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Electronic Entry Control System (EECS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Fire Detection Systems (FDS), which is directed by AR 190-59, AR 190-11, AR 190-51 and AR 190-13. Components of the IDS system are manufactured by different companies and integrated into a single system. 24/7 maintenance of the IDS system requires a source that has the depth, the right technical skills, experience, certifications and logistics supply chain to efficiently service and provide the appropriate replacement parts. A company has to be an authorized DAQ certifier and provide a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff to support onsite personnel. Please the attachments provided.
