Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items This document is prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR 13 for simplified acquisition procedures. It constitutes the only solicitation; no paper copies will be available. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is SPMYM326Q3009. It incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20260702. The Small Business Standard is 1300 Employees. This requirement is being processed using full and open competition. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Vendors will be screened for responsibility per FAR 9.104. This requirement is brand name mandatory to Collins/EB. The material is identified by EB part number. Quotations from different manufacturers will not be considered. Offerors must submit descriptive literature demonstrating how their quotation meets the specifications. Failure to do so may result in a technically unacceptable determination. Award will be based on the fastest delivery, not necessarily the lowest price. Material is needed ASAP.
