This opportunity is for comprehensive maintenance and service of HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200 3D printers at the U.S. Navy's Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) in Jacksonville, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) - OEMs and Vendors: - Hewlett Packard (HP) is the primary OEM for all 3D printers and related equipment - Mastergraphics Incorporated is the named service vendor - Products/Equipment Covered: - 2 x HP Jet Fusion 4200 3D Printers (Part Number: M0P44B) - 6 x HP Jet Fusion 3D Build Units (Part Number: M0P44B) - 2 x HP Jet Fusion 3D Processing Stations (Part Number: M0P49C) - 2 x NAS Systems (for re-certification and repair) - Services Requested: - Annual comprehensive maintenance agreements for two HP MJF 4200 3D printers (base year plus four option years) - Preventive and corrective maintenance, including all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation - OEM-certified field service representatives required - Three-business-day onsite response time for service calls - System recertification for build units and NAS systems - Onsite hardware support, software updates, and operator training - All shipping and replacement parts included at no additional cost - Submission of maintenance service reports within ten days of each service visit - Delivery of technical data and documentation as specified - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only OEM-certified HP MJF Field Service Representatives may perform work - All services must be performed during core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays - Includes both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as recertification and technical data deliverables - Firm-Fixed Price contract structure with up to five years of coverage

Description

The purpose of this notice is to release a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, N6852026Q1015, to award a sole source contract to Mastergraphics Incorporated (M5D) (CAGE 0ZYS3) for maintenance and repair services for two (2) Hewlett Packard (HP) Multi-jet Fusion (MJF) 4200 3D printers located at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, FL.  This contract will provide for all labor, equipment, tools, material, transportation and qualified personnel necessary to perform annual comprehensive system maintenance and technical support services for the FRCSE HP MJF 4200 3D printers.  

This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.

CONTRACT TYPE:

The anticipated contract is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.  The Period of Performance (PoP) of this contract is five (5) years (one base and four option periods).
