Description
The Online Legal Services ITQ aims to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to provide online legal research services and related subscription services to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania executive agencies. These services will offer comprehensive legal research tools and resources to support agency operations and legal functions. Local Public Procurement Units may also use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision. Contractors must register as a Procurement Vendor and complete qualification requirements electronically via the PA JAGGAER Portal. The contract term ends on August 31, 2031, with one five-year renewal available.
