Kaysville City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms or consultant teams to provide professional architectural, engineering, planning, and design services for the renovation, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and/or redevelopment of the Old Kaysville Library building. The project involves reviewing existing Phase 1 assessment work, validating building conditions, developing conceptual designs, and recommending a preferred approach. The consultant will consider structural, life-safety, accessibility, historic preservation, and cost factors, and may assist with public and stakeholder engagement.
