Description

The Unified Fire Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial services for a secure public safety facility located at the Salt Lake County Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) in Salt Lake City, UT. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning products, consumable supplies, and transportation necessary to maintain the facility in a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional condition. The ECC operates as a critical emergency management facility that may be activated 24 hours per day during emergencies, so cleaning services should not interfere with daily coordination or emergency response activities. Janitorial services are to be rendered five days a week for the 39,432 sq. ft. building, with approximately 30% of the space excluded from janitorial service.
