Description
The City of Dunwoody is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms, contractors, and skilled trade professionals to provide standby skilled trade services on an as-needed basis for City-owned parks, buildings, recreational facilities, grounds, and related infrastructure. The intent is to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors capable of providing timely, professional, and cost-effective skilled trade services across multiple trade categories. The contract term is multi-year, beginning January 1, 2027, with an initial term through December 31, 2027, and possible automatic renewals through December 31, 2029. Services will be requested via written work orders or purchase orders, and the contract is non-exclusive, allowing the City to use other contractors or procurement methods as needed.
