Description

This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for a commercial commodity in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to purchase a spectrum analyzer that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Need.
