Description

Jefferson Lab (JLab), a Department of Energy National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, VA, managed and operated by SURATech, has issued the revised, unrestricted solicitation for the Hall C Air Conditioning (A/C) Replacement. If you are interested in competing for award, you must register for this requirement to access all solicitation documents on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/bus_ops/.

Please note the following:

Offerors must attend a site visit to be eligible for award of a subcontract from SURATech resulting from this solicitation. Please follow the site visit instructions included in the RFP to register as a Visitor to Jefferson Lab no later than August 10, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than August 20, 2026. Proposals are due no later than 4:30 p.m. August 27, 2026.
