The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery) is seeking specialized services for the installation of new pond liners and associated earthwork at its Oklahoma facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service - Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery - Scope of Work: - Installation of impermeable geomembrane pond liners (high-density polyethylene, 60 mil thickness) for Ponds #5 and #5.5 - Reshaping pond bottoms and earthwork, including excavation, backfill, grading, and compaction - Installation of underdrain system using 6-inch diameter schedule 40 perforated PVC pipe (or SDR-35 equivalent) with gravel backfill (ASTM C33 Grade 57 Aggregate) - Furnishing and installing Class C or better non-woven geotextile fabric on pond side slopes and underdrain system - All materials must be free of debris and rocks larger than 2 inches - Quality control and warranty provisions required - Installation must be performed by qualified personnel with experience in geomembrane liner systems - Products/Materials Requested: - Geomembrane pond liners (HDPE, 60 mil) - Geotextile fabric (Class C or better, non-woven) - Perforated PVC pipe (6-inch diameter, schedule 40 or SDR-35) - Gravel (ASTM C33 Grade 57 Aggregate) - Borrow soil for earthwork - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; materials must meet detailed technical specifications - Unique Requirements: - Specialized installation by qualified personnel - Strict quality control and warranty provisions - Compliance with specified material standards and installation procedures
