Description
The Maritime Administation contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract for industrial support to demolish and dispose degraded decking and uneven walkway framing of the existing trestle pier, preserve existing structural pilings, and reconstruct the pier using new framing and decking materials of a similar size profile to include handrails on steps at the James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) shore facilities onboard Fort Eustis base compound in accordance with the Statement of Work. This combined synopsis/solicitation is published as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
