The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston VAMC (NCO 1), is seeking information from vendors for domestically manufactured surgical lighting equipment. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston VAMC (NCO 1) - Products/Services Requested: - Fully cardanic surgical light with endoscopy function - At least 36 LEDs - 160,000 lux brightness - 5-level dimming - Electronic focusing - Laminar flow design - Sterilizable handle with focus adjustment - Camera option - Must be compatible with existing Philips fluoroscopy system - Must mount into existing PTZTS58E Portegra2 Set, Rail+Trolley, and PORT2 Cable Spooler 250CM - HD wireless camera with remote control for surgical light - Delivery and installation of all equipment - Labor and travel for two field service engineers (1.5 hours each plus travel) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be domestically manufactured - Strict compatibility with existing Philips fluoroscopy system and mounting hardware - Includes both product delivery and on-site installation - Emphasis on high brightness, advanced control features, and infection control (sterilizable handle)

Description

SOURCES SOUGHT PURPOSE: The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to determine if there are domestically manufactured items capable of satisfying the Governments requirement.

WORK DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1), Boston VAMC, intends to start renovations to the Electrophysiology Lab to replace the existing Philips fluoroscopy system. Therefore, the VA is seeking domestically manufactured items with the below salient characteristics:

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Must include Fully Cardanic Surgical Light with endoscopy function and HD wireless camera with remote control including delivery and installation to mount into the existing PTZTS58E Portegra2 Set, Rail+Trolley and PORT2 CABLE SPOOLER 250CM.  Also, domestically surgical lights must be compatible with the existing Philips fluoroscopy system described above.
