The Department of National Defence requires the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and conformity verification of commercial modular Privacy on Demand (POD) units or equivalent under Category 4 of the Furniture for Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D. The units must feature adjustable roofs, integrated ventilation, lighting, occupancy sensing, electrical systems, and comply with Canadian safety standards. Installation will occur at multiple Government of Canada premises within Carling Campus, Ottawa. Only suppliers qualified under the specified supply arrangement and holding valid security clearances are eligible to bid.
