The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS), is seeking proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution to replace the existing scanning system. The solution should support batch scanning, OCR/ICR metadata extraction, validation workflows, and automated export to OpenText Content Server. It must support on-premises or Protected C deployment, integrate with Microsoft environment, and meet CPS security, privacy, access control, and audit requirements. The procurement includes three phases: Proof of Concept, Implementation of the Software Solution, and Ongoing Maintenance and Support.
