Description

The City of Waco is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, vacuum trucks, equipment, transportation, documentation, and incidental services necessary to remove sewage sludge from the Bull Hide Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and transport and deliver the material to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant for further processing. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis in response to requests from an authorized City representative. No minimum quantity, number of loads, number of trips, or frequency of service is guaranteed.
