Description

The State Preservation Board (SPB) is seeking qualified painting services vendors to paint offices in the Texas Capitol and Capitol Extension on an as-needed basis. The work includes office make-ready painting scheduled between October 2026 and January 2027. The project requires providing up to seven qualified employees including one foreman and six journeymen, with no subcontractors allowed. Vendors must be certified with Dual CTCD/CTCM certification and submit bids by August 27, 2026, 2:00 PM.
