The project includes comprehensive site preparation, demolition, and construction activities to modernize the campus corridors at the Togus VA Medical Center. Work consists of replacing flooring, roofing, interior finishes, and improving HVAC systems in occupied buildings while maintaining uninterrupted medical center operations. The contractor is responsible for developing VA‑compliant phasing, life safety, security, environmental protection, and utility‑interruption plans.
