The U.S. Air Force at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive integrated solid waste management and recycling services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 94th Mission Support Group, Dobbins Air Reserve Base - Scope of Services: - Collection and disposal of municipal solid waste (estimated 565 tons annually) - Recycling of cardboard (15 tons), scrap metal (45 tons), and paper (10 tons) per year - Handling of bulk waste and construction/demolition (C&D) debris (80 tons annually) - Placement of containers for unscheduled pickups (12 per year), special events, and bulk/C&D waste (26 placements annually) - Unscheduled pickup response within one business day and container relocations within 72 hours - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, containers (matching base color schemes), vehicles, tools, and materials - Compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental and security regulations - Monthly reporting on tonnage, tipping fees, manifests, and recyclable sales receipts - Quality control program and mission-essential services plan for up to 30 days of crisis continuity - Notable Requirements: - Contractor-provided containers must match base color schemes - Services must be performed during normal duty hours, with after-hours response capability - Contractor must submit schedules prior to contract start and maintain ongoing quality control and reporting - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; the requirement is for services, not branded equipment - Quantities: - 565 tons municipal solid waste, 15 tons cardboard, 45 tons scrap metal, 10 tons paper, 80 tons C&D debris annually - 12 unscheduled/special event container placements, 6 bulk waste, 20 C&D/bulk waste container placements per year

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (ISWM). This non-personal service shall consist of collection of solid wastes and recycling of paper, cardboard and scrap metal at Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB). All services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all local, state, and federal regulations.
