This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, for NNSY Refueling/Defueling Tacticle Training. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services as decribed in the attached DRAFTED SOW
The Government is interested in receiving responses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large and small companies that have experience with this service are encouraged to respond. The following key information is requested:
