This opportunity involves tactical training services for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Refueling Security Branch under the Department of the Navy. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Refueling Security Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; however, Simunition (for FX marking rounds) and manufacturers of M-16, M-18, and M-240 weapons are relevant - Products/Services Requested: - Engagement Simulation Systems Tactical Scenario-Based Training for 150 students - Four-day course: two days scenario-based, two days live-fire - Live-Fire Training Only for 150 students - One or two days focused on M-16, M-18, and M-240 weapons - Simunition FX marking rounds (or equivalent non-lethal ammunition) - M-16 carbine rifles (or variants), M-18 pistols, and M-240 machine guns (both non-lethal and live-fire versions) - Live-fire ammunition: 240 rounds per student for M-16 and M-18, 500 rounds per student for M-240 (when requested) - Safety items: eye/ear protection, knee/elbow pads, protective masks, throat/groin protectors - Gear: holsters, belts, slings, magazine pouches - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, weapons, ammunition, and facilities - Training location must be within 50 miles of NNSY, Portsmouth, VA - Must accommodate at least 150 students - Weapons for scenario training must be permanently modified to prevent live ammunition chambering - Strict separation between live-fire and scenario-training weapons - Training covers asset protection, hostage situations, intruder containment, and IED recognition

This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, for NNSY Refueling/Defueling Tacticle Training. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services as decribed in the attached  DRAFTED SOW

The Government is interested in receiving responses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large and small companies that have experience with this service are encouraged to respond. The following key information is requested:

1. Company name, address, telephone number, CAGE code, DUNS number, point of contact (name, phone number, and e-mail). If your company is a small business, please identify the socioeconomic status.
