Description

1: Description:This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the construction needs for the repair of the Fire Housen Kitchen B708 in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a construction contract for the repair of Fire House Kitchen B708 as a Small Business Set Aside.This requirement is for a construction contract to safely remove all appliances. Demo cabinets, flooring, cove base and partition walls according to drawing. Remove asbestos material. Move current water line according to drawings. Install tile floorings, cove base and cabinets. Replace all existing lighting fixtures with LED equivalent. Paint all walls in kitchen.The Contractor shall be responsible for planning, constructing, and managing all activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is subject to changes/updates by time of solicitation post.
