This opportunity is for firms to provide global business development event services to the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), supporting its Office of Small Business: - Government Buyer: - Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), Office of Small Business - Scope of Services: - Organize and execute Export Business Development Events (Export BDE) globally - Activities include curated convenings, stakeholder engagement, digital outreach, webinars, investor roadshows, and related deliverables - Support for major events such as the UNGA 80 Flagship Event, World Bank Spring Meetings, U.S.-Africa Business Summit, and others - Services span multiple regions: Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Caribbean, Asia and Oceania, Europe, and North America - Includes in-person events, offshoot events, webinars, membership/registration fees, and optional ancillary support services (up to 1912 labor hours/year) - Travel and hotel costs are covered as Other Direct Costs (ODCs) with receipts required - Economic Price Adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index for Airline Fares - Contract Details: - Firm-fixed-price contract, estimated at $600,000 to $900,000 per year - Up to five years with a possible six-month extension - No specific OEMs or named vendors are required; open to qualified event management and business development service providers - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision - All costs (including shipping, freight, tariffs, and duties) must be included in the quoted price - Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory - No incumbent contractor or historical data is available for this requirement

Description

SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or service prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5 and 12 using the publicizing requirements of FAR Part 5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations IAW instructions to potential offerors to be considered for award within the attached solicitation. 

Synopsis/Solicitation 83310126Q1BDE is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated in this solicitation are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as of the date of issuance.

The Export Import Bank of the US (EXIM) intends to procure product Export Business Development Events (Export BDE) Global services.  Reference the attached solicitation for details.

All costs associated with this requirement must be included in the quoted price. This includes shipping and freight as well as any tariff or duty charges. No additional costs may be added afterwards. The Government will utilize 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.

All responsible offerors shall submit a quotation in response to this solicitation. By submission of a quotation, the offeror represents compliance with the applicable representations and certifications, which are incorporated by reference and completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), as applicable. Submission of a quotation shall constitute the offeror’s unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.

Offerors are encouraged to submit published pricing, historical pricing data, or other information to support the Government’s price analysis and determination of fair and reasonable pricing. Award basis will be made on offeror being responsive, responsible, and having past performance, with the lowest price.

Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This notice should not be construed as commitment by the government for any purpose. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
