The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base San Juan is seeking comprehensive elevator maintenance services for its facilities in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard (USCG), Base San Juan - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive monthly preventative maintenance for service elevators in multiple buildings (Building 100, 101, 105, MAT Hydraulic facility, Engineering building) - Emergency repair services with rapid response for all service elevators - Field operator coverage to ensure full operational support as needed - Requirements: - Compliance with federal, military, and local safety and regulatory standards - Service coverage across several key facilities on base - No specific OEMs or elevator manufacturers are named in the solicitation or attachments - The period of performance is a 12-month base period - Vendors must be capable of providing both routine and emergency elevator maintenance and support

Please review the attached Statements of work before the site visit. The site visit is schedule for (August 4,2026) (0900am) at the US COAST GUARD BASE in Old San Juan.
