The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Office of the Chief Administrative Services Officer, Logistics and Security Management Division, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive logistics and asset management support services across its headquarters and regional offices. - Government Buyer: - Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Office of the Chief Administrative Services Officer - Logistics and Security Management Division - Scope of Services: - Asset lifecycle management for approximately 1,200 assets, including intake, inventory control, tracking, reconciliation, storage, deployment, maintenance, and disposition - Garage management with parking attendant and parking program coordination at multiple FTC locations - Office supplies operations: receiving, stocking, distributing, inventorying, and reporting - Transit support services for the Department of Transportation Transit Benefit Program - Fleet support: maintenance coordination, usage tracking, driver authorization, and safety oversight - Litigation logistics: planning, packing, shipping, receiving, and recovery of materials and equipment - Document destruction: secure destruction of documents and electronic media, including surge support - Express shipping: label generation, carrier coordination, and mailbox monitoring - Freight loading and off-loading: transfer of palletized materials and equipment, equipment operation, and shipment tracking - Key Requirements: - Contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a Project Lead and Senior Asset Management Specialist, with appropriate security clearances - Compliance with FTC, GSA, OSHA, and other federal regulations - Use of ServiceNow and DOT Transit Benefit Program systems - Analysis and recommendations for improvement of FTC's asset management plan - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are mentioned; this is a service-focused opportunity - Period of performance is a one-year base with four one-year option periods (up to five years total)

Description

The Federal Trade Commission has a need for the services of a qualified contractor to provide logistics and facilities support services including garage management with a parking attendant, office supplies inventory management, and asset lifecycle management in accordance with GSA, OSHA, FTC, and OCASO policies for property and space management procedures and guidelines. There is also a need for a qualified contractor to analyze FTC’s current lifecycle asset management plan to include:

 Inventory assessment and management;  Issuance, recapture and disposal of assets; Reporting; and Identifying areas of weakness and recommending solutions for improvement.
