The British Columbia Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) is conducting a two-stage procurement process for the Columbia Precinct Civil Infrastructure Construction Project in Kamloops, BC. This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is the first stage, aimed at identifying and pre-qualifying experienced civil construction contractors for participation in a future Invitation to Tender (ITT).
