Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of a comprehensive Exchange-enabling solution and associated services to support the State's operation of an EDE-first State-Based Exchange. The solution will support eligibility governance, enrollment oversight, integration management, and program integrity within a distributed partner ecosystem. The contract term begins in August 2026 and extends through July 2027, with up to four optional annual renewals. The procurement includes technology, integration capabilities, and operational services necessary to support year-round Exchange operations including Open Enrollment Periods and Special Enrollment Periods.
