The California Department of Water Resources (DWR), San Luis Field Division (SLFD), is seeking bids for a three-year contract to provide bacteriological water testing and analysis services for both raw and treated water. - Government Buyer: - California Department of Water Resources, San Luis Field Division - Contact: Lisa Huff, Contract Specialist - Services Requested: - Monthly testing of drinking and raw water samples for coliforms, E. coli, and HPC - Emergency analysis services with 48-hour turnaround - Retesting for positive results using Multiple Tube Fermentation - Additional samples as requested outside regular schedule - Product Line Items: - Drinking Water-Presence Absence Total and Fecal Coliform: 120 tests - Drinking Water- HPC Microbiological Test (if needed): 120 tests - Retest for E. Description

The solicitation is for bacteriological water testing and analysis services on raw and treated water. The contractor must maintain current certification by the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) or the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP). Services must be performed at the contractor's facility located within a 65-mile radius of the San Luis Field Division (SLFD) to ensure sample holding times are not exceeded. The contractor must also maintain a valid California Business License. The anticipated term of the agreement is three years.
