Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits bids for repairing damaged fence lines on the north and south sides of the Santa Ana Armory. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work in accordance with the IFB terms and conditions. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Santa Ana Armory. The prime contractor must possess a type C-13 Fencing Contractor license. All questions must be submitted by August 11, 2026, and bid submissions are due by August 25, 2026.
