The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for water filters as stated below

Micron 40/1, 1micron filter PP-HC-40-1 (Part#) : 27 SQ FT (Pleated Meadia) Hurricane® (Type) from Harmsco (Brand) 9-5/8(L) 7-3/4(OD) 13.5 1(GPM) – Qty. 200 EA

Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Delivery should be within 30 days of order placement.  Payment will be made within 3-4 weeks of delivery.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highlyencouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time August 15, 2026 at 13:00 hrs local time (IST).
