Description
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for statewide Call Handling Equipment (CHE) Sustainment Equipment and Services under an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The contract involves providing end-of-life/end-of-support system audits, sustainment plans, equipment, and services to extend the lifecycle of legacy Motorola VESTA, Motorola Emergency Call Works, and Intrado Viper CHE systems. Qualified suppliers may be awarded contracts and respond to future Requests for Quotes (RFQ). The contract term is two years with a one-year renewal option, and all qualifications must be submitted electronically via the JAGGAER portal.
