Description

This solicitation is for the construction of approximately 6,460 linear feet of 10-inch C900 Class 150 PVC water main, including 5 mechanical joint ductile iron gate valves, 8 three-way fire hydrant assemblies, 2 connections to existing water mains, concrete and pavement removal and replacement, erosion control, and all necessary appurtenances. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted sealed and accompanied by a bidder's bond of 10 percent of the bid amount. The project is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and Build America, Buy America Act requirements.
