Description
Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is requesting written qualifications and interviews to provide FY-2027 General Contractor Task Order Services. The contract will cover small construction projects including renovations and related building repair and maintenance work for various facilities at ABAC. The contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of as-needed construction orders named Task Orders, with a maximum of $1,000,000 for the contract. Performance and payment bonds will be required for any Task Order Agreement over $100,000. The delivery method will be a Task Order Agreement using a Board of Regents contract template with General Requirements from the Design-Build project delivery method.
