Description

The Polk County Commissioners Court is accepting bids for the fiscal year 2027 purchase under bid numbers 2027-03.01 through 2027-03.08. Specifications and required submittal forms can be obtained from the Polk County Purchasing Office or the County's website. Bids must be submitted individually by designated bid number on the form provided, sealed, and identified on the exterior with the bid number and title. Bids are due by 10:30 a.m. on August 17, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day. The awards are scheduled to be made in the Commissioners Court session on August 25, 2025, and the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the County.
