The City of Eden Prairie Engineering Department is seeking bids for the Dell Road Improvement Project in Hennepin County, Minnesota. - Scope of Work: - Approximately 2 acres of clearing and grubbing - Removal of 5,000 square yards of bituminous pavement - Installation of 5,300 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter - Construction of 16,500 square feet of prefabricated modular block wall - 27,000 cubic yards of common excavation and 17,000 cubic yards of common embankment - Application of 2,000 tons of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix and 200 tons of Non Wear Course Mix - Installation of 900 linear feet of 4”–8” PVC sanitary sewer and 1,100 linear feet of 4” PVC force main sanitary sewer - Installation of 2,300 linear feet of 12”–30” RCP storm sewer - Placement of 160 linear feet of 10x8 precast concrete box culvert - Installation of 2,200 linear feet of 6”–12” PVC & DIP watermain - All labor and materials must be provided by the contractor - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Bids must be submitted via QuestCDN - Compliance with Minn. Stat. 16C.285 is required - The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities - Bids must be held for 60 days after opening

The Dell Road Improvement Project involves furnishing all labor and materials for various construction activities including clearing and grubbing, removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter installation, prefabricated modular block wall construction, excavation, embankment, wearing course mix application, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, precast concrete box culvert, and watermain installation. The project is located in Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Bids are accepted only via QuestCDN, and compliance with Minn. Stat. 16C.285 is required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, with no bid withdrawal allowed for 60 days after opening.
