The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services, Aging and Adult Services, is seeking qualified organizations to provide congregate meal production and delivery services for the Older Americans Act Title III-C Nutrition Program. The contractor will prepare and deliver nutritious, ready-to-serve meals to designated congregate dining sites throughout Marin County for adults age 60 and older, including menu planning, meal production, packaging, and delivery in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option for renewal, and funding for the initial term is not to exceed $64,661. The contractor must provide high-quality, culturally responsive meals that meet nutritional guidelines and maintain food safety and reliable delivery schedules.
