Description
The University of Lethbridge is seeking a qualified construction manager to provide pre-construction and comprehensive construction management services for University Hall Structural Rehabilitation. The scope includes planning, procurement planning, and execution of Phase 1 Structural Remediation works. The construction manager will also participate in strategic planning and pre-construction services for subsequent structural rehabilitation works, including a comprehensive renovation project named Destination Project Phase II (DPII).
