This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of a Pension Administration System (PAS) for the Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County (ERFC). The ERFC provides pension benefits to certain employees of the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) in Fairfax County, Virginia. FCPS is assisting with the RFP process.
