This opportunity is for janitorial services at three Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) offices in Woodward, Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) - Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division - Locations Covered: - Human Services Center (1803 Oklahoma Ave) - Child Welfare office (1120 18th St) - Admin office (1723 Main St) - Scope of Work: - Complete janitorial services three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 8am-5pm - Supplier must provide all management, supervision, janitorial staff, cleaning supplies, and equipment - Cleaning tasks include: sweeping, wet mopping, floor stripping and finishing, buffing, carpet vacuuming and shampooing, spot cleaning, wall and glass cleaning, dusting, metal surface cleaning, furniture/cabinet cleaning, trash removal, dispenser servicing, ceramic/metal cleaning, air vent cleaning, policing outside areas, exterior window cleaning, elevator and stairway cleaning, and initial deep cleaning - Products and Equipment Required: - Janitorial supplies: quaternary disinfectant cleaner, non-acid toilet bowl cleaner, neutral pH floor cleaner, carpet/upholstery shampoo, refinishing/finishing chemicals - Janitorial equipment: broom, dustpan, carpet shampooer, floor buffer, large rolling trashcan, mop with bucket, mop heads - Supplier must provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used - Consumables Provided by OKDHS: - Toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, urinal screens, toilet seat covers, sanitary napkin disposal bags, and utilities - Contract Details: - Initial term of one year, with two one-year renewal options - Firm fixed monthly pricing - Award based on best value (price, past performance, ability to perform) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict security, safety, and performance standards - No specific OEMs or brands required; suppliers may propose any brands meeting or exceeding specifications

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) for a contract to provide monthly janitorial services at three Woodward locations: the Human Services Center office, the Child Welfare office, and the Admin office. Services are required three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) between 8am and 5pm at each location. The contract may be designated for use as a statewide contract. The scope includes furnishing all management, supervision, janitorial employees, supplies, and equipment necessary for complete janitorial services as detailed in the Statement of Work.
