The Frederick County Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Old Charlestown Road Park, a currently undeveloped 25-acre parcel to be developed into a fully functional public park. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for complete site preparation and construction. Work includes grading, utilities, stormwater improvements, lighted parking, irrigated natural grass soccer fields, paved walking trails, futsal and basketball courts, and a restroom/concession/shelter building, along with all associated site improvements to deliver a completed park ready for public use.
