Description

This solicitation is for providing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform mowing on specified Stormwater Management Facilities (SWMFs) in the City of Virginia Beach. The work includes mowing vegetation and woody vegetation, including overgrowth, small saplings, and trees of all diameters on all banks and across the bottom of dry or shallow marsh SWMFs. All cut material will be harvested and removed unless otherwise directed by the owner. The contractor is responsible for mulching and disposing of overgrowth and small saplings, as well as removing all trash and debris from the SWMF to be transported and disposed of at a proper waste facility.
