Description

The Office of Community Services (OCS) is offering approximately $29 million through fourteen cooperative agreements to eligible Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state associations, tribes funded directly by CSBG in FY 2025, and CSBG-funded territories. The program aims to evaluate the implementation and impact of diaper distribution services by testing the ability of Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and other nonprofit organizations to deliver a continuous supply of diapers to low-income caregivers and children, improve their health and economic well-being, and expand diaper distribution partnerships.
