Description
The City of Walla Walla is seeking qualified controls engineering firms to design replacements and upgrades to its Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The selected consultant will perform site visits, investigations, development, and design sufficient to develop a biddable package for upgrades including SCADA servers, software, Human Machine Interfaces, fiber, network switches, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The project includes programming, HMI setup, and support during and after construction. Firms must submit a complete response to the RFQ by August 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
