Description
This solicitation is for the installation of a new 250 kW exterior natural gas standby generator housed in a pre-manufactured walk-in enclosure on a new concrete pad at the south side of the Courthouse. The work includes new electrical distribution equipment such as the main distribution panel, automatic transfer switch, and transformer, as well as new service feeders from the existing ATCO utility transformer. Modifications to the natural gas service and meter, along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and structural works, are also part of the scope. The estimated contract period is 12 months, starting approximately on 2026/09/10.
