Description

Texas A&M, Athletics is accepting proposals and intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide services associated with Athletics Special Events. These events will be held at Reed Arena, Kyle Field, and other venues on the Texas A&M campus in College Station, TX. The pool vendors will be utilized on an event-by-event basis. Respondents must submit complete proposals and understand the scope, nature, quality, and quantity of the work to be performed. The deadline for receipt of proposals is August 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT.
